Yes, it is. my award is 3rd tier China granted by Chinese Medical
Association . For the award in province, it is 2nd tier.
Additionally, we have 2 papers ( 1st author) under reviewing.
ask for evaluation:
one (Xie) suggested for NIW, other 2 suggested for Eb1 and/or NIW?
What should I do? NIW or EB1?
Or wait the coming 2 papers (not CNS, but decent in my major)

improve:
publicaiton: write and publish 3 first author paper (review)+ 1 first author
paper (under review/ or in preparation), review paper is quick to write
and publish and can be published in China
conference: very easy to publish abstract worldwide, try to increase the
total number of article and conference abstract to >30, first author>15 (if not, 20,
10 will also be OK)
reviewer: increase to 30 manuscirpt, 7 or 8 journals
generally, EB1a is OK. ask lawyer liu to do it, don't DIY, for NIW, you

if counting that, we got more than 15 abstracts and 10 of them are first

发帖数: 637 | 6 abstract is not that important, some will count articles, but USCIS official rule says: all papers, including co-
authored paper, are your publications, they may not reject you because of
first author, if they reject you for this reason, you can argue and win.
but if there are not enough 1st author paper, it seems you did not
significantly contribute to your field, so increasing first authored
original papers are important at least 5 published+1 in preparation (just do
nothing, write any project in preparation). it is really quick to write
reviews, because it is listed in the articles part not in the conference
part.

very very strong case! It's their loss not yours if USCIS don't approve your
