significance of the beneficiary's work啊？我感觉律师写的推荐信里已经把我吹的
挺好的了啊……
除了接着要推荐信以外，我还能准备些什么呢？感觉推荐信已经够多的了啊……

describe the nature of beneficiary's research, they do not provide adequate
detail concerning the major significance of the beneficiary's work. In
addition, this level of research citation, in and o itself, is not
dispositive of the issue of the major significance of the beneficiary's work
. To assist in determining whether the beneficiary's contributions are
orginal and of major significance in the field, the petitioner may submit:
.Objective documentary evidence of the significance of the beneficiary's
contribution to the field.
.Documentary evidence that people throughout the field currently consider
the beneficiary's work important.
.Evidence that beneficiary's major significant contributions has provoked
widespread public commentary in the field or has been widely cited.
背景：生物，一作6（英文5，中文1，10左右的3篇），挂名7（英文6，中文1,10左右的
2篇，）
审稿，30+篇(40+次)，都是些小破杂志
引用：英文220，中文30+
推荐信，非独1（现在老板），独立6（美国，芬兰，德国，瑞士，韩国，意
大利，都是引用我文章的，不怎么牛），编辑推荐信1封
IO是0299，貌似不是杀手啊……

章的人。律师说最好能再加两封工业界的老外写的推荐信。

young之类的他都直接没用那封了。

但是工业界的推荐信不太好找啊。
我也不知道还有什么其它材料好准备的了，感觉很不踏实。

IO的真正意思是：你paper里做的东西，有人在实践中使用过或者检验过么？如果有的
话，一定会有些细节的东西可以说几句吧，为什么推荐信里只字未提？既然你做的东西
都没有人用，怎么证明你 significant 啊？
这是非常 aggressive 的RFE，回答不好就会招来NOID。建议从以下几个方面着手应对：
(1) 找到有公司使用过你的技术的证据，这是铁证，也是IO最喜欢的，因为你的技术直
接转化成生产力了；
(2) 找到有哪些实验室重复过你paper上的实验，并且依据实验结果认定你的东西确实
好，要有证据，不能空口无凭，最好已经发表出来了；
(3) 如果实在什么都没有了，就只能再找几封推荐信了，用词狠一些，说你的paper 影
响了他们的工作，没有你的paper，他们就不会再有新的idea了。当然，这是软证据，
IO是不是认可，完全看IO当时的心情了。

(1)说的转化应用的问题，之前律师也试图找过，貌似是真没有……
(2)做基础科研的，citations里肯定有些文章是重复我的实验了，绝大部分也都没在文
章里替我吹牛，说我做的东西好和重要。个别稍微夸两句的重要的，上次PL里就写进去
了。
(3)律师的建议是再找两封工业界的信和一封学校教授的信来吹一下。
被你一说，感觉我凶多吉少了……

不过我是真的搜不到有公司引用过我的文章啊,我做的东西好像也没有什么可能被什么
数据库引用的样子……
看来纯基础科研真的是没什么用啊。
