Your organization, has filed form I-140, immigrant petition for Alien Worker
, seeking E12 immigrant classification for XX (beneficiary) on June 18, 2013.
The beneficiary intends to work as a senior research associate in the field
science.
Definition:
The E12 immigrant classification applies to professors and researchers who
are recognized internationally as outstanding in a specific academic area.
The individual must have at least 3 years of experience in teaching and.or
research in the academic area and be seeking to enter the United States
i. For a tenured position (or tenure-track position) within a university or
institution of higher education to teach in the academic area.
ii. For a comparable position with a university or institution of higher
education to conduct research in the area, or
iii For a comparable position to conduct research in the area with a
department, division, or institute of a private employer, if the department,
division, or institute employs at least 3 persons full-time in research
activities and has achieved documented accomplishments in an academic field.
To process this Form I-140 petition and determine eligibility, additional
information is required. Note, however, the petitioner is responsible for
providing evidence that best shows that the beneficiary meets all
requirements. Evidence must show that the beneficiary was eligible for the
requested benefit when the Form I-140 petition was filed.
Documentation to establish that the beneficiary has 3 years of experience in
teaching and/or research.
Counsel for petitioner states beneficiary has more than sixteen years of
experience, and the petitioner provided a copy of beneficiary’s curriculum
vitae to show the beneficiary have the three years of experience. It must be
shown that the beneficiary has at least 3 years of experience in teaching
and/or research in the academic area. The petition does not indicate that
the beneficiary possesses this requirement. The letter from the attorney and
the beneficiary’s resume cannot be used as evidence of experience.
Please submit evidence that the beneficiary has at least 3 years of
experience in teaching and/or research in the academic area. Evidence of
teaching and/or research experience shall be in the form of:
Letter (s) from current of former employer(s) and shall include the:
1 name.
2 Address,
3 Title of the writer, and
4 A pecific description the duties performed by the beneficiary.
Noet: Experience in teaching or research while working on an advanced degree
will only be acceptable if the beneficiary has aquired the degree, and if
the teaching duties were such that the beneficiary had full responsibility
for the class taught or if the research conducted toward the degree has been
recognized within the academic field as outstanding.

些内容，比如你的工作很oustanding一类的话。
你都有16年的经验了，3年的证明信，应该很容易啊。 | g*****y

“For a comparable position to conduct research in the area with a
