“If your Form 485 is ralated to an employment-based visa petion(Form 140),
you must submit a letter on the letterhead of the petitioning employer which
confirms that the job on which the visa petition is based is still
available to you. The letter must also state the salary that will be paid.”
皮匠老师的博客写着：
“Employment Letter 非常简单，一句话就行。"This is to confirm that Dr.
Teacher is currently a professor at the department with annual salary of $99
,999." 抬头、落款、日期，还有客套话，请自己酌加。找张有水印的信纸，或至少是
letterhead.”
我所在的这个学校的正式的employment verification letter必须由自己老板，系里的
领导，学校的领导三方共同签字才行。
我因为马上就换title，现在的employment verification letter有效期已经很短了，
等新的employment verification letter至少还得两个星期。这种情况，是否可以自己
用学校的信纸打印个类似内容的信，只找自己的老板签名？ 有没有只提供这样
employment verification letter，485顺利过关的？
