EB1B, etc.
You can read the 485 instructions page 4, 11. B.
"If your Form I-485 is related to an employment-based visa petition (Form I-
140), you must submit a letter on the letterhead of the petitioning employer
which confirms that the job on which the visa petition is based is still
available to you. The letter must also state the salary that will be paid."
As somebody else mentioned, when they used the the same employment
verification letter for 140 in their 485 package, they got RFE, so the IOs
must have checked the signing date of the letter or something, but I don't
know whether it will surely call for RFE or not. If it's the job offer
letter, it is signed before the 140 approval, and perhaps there's that risk.
