里哪些比较重要，哪些还欠缺，还有什么可以加在这封推荐信里面的可以提高推荐的力

I am pleased to be able to support Dr. XXX’s petition for permanent
residency in the United States under the category Extraordinary Ability with
International Recognition. Dr. XXX is an outstanding researcher in the area
of XXX and maintaining his ability to continue his work in his current
position in XXX is definitely in the national interest.
I am a Fellow at XXX inc, working in the area of XXX. I have been working
for XXX and its predecessor companies, since receiving my PhD at the xxxx
University in XXXX. I also represent XXX in XXXX. As part of my research for
the XXX to better XXX, I made several visits to University of XXXX to meet
with researchers working on projects under Dr. XXX. If was during these
visits that I first met Dr. XXX and became interested in his work.
Dr. xxx’s achievements in the field of XXX are significant and demonstrate
his scientific abilities. While other researchers have measured XXX, his
experiments included XXX. He also was able to put together a model
describing these effects. The significance is demonstrated by numbers of
publications and presentations he has made on this work, which include
publications in XXX, a prestigious journal. Based on his research activities
, I invited Dr. xxx to participate as an invited speaker in the symposium I
am organizing XXX at the XXXX.
Since completing his PhD studies, Dr. XXX’s has accepted a position in the
XXX. Working for XXX gives Dr. XXX an ability to continue research in areas
critical to regulation as well as applying this knowledge to develop
appropriate regulatory processes and make regulatory decisions for specific
products. Such a position is critical to our nation’s economy and the
welfare of our people. Clearly we need to avoid adverse impacts to our
environment or to people’s health so the goal must be to have adequate
regulations to protect people and the environment. However, not allowing
uses of products in areas where they are safe to use also has impacts,
requiring growers to use more expensive solutions or reducing crop yield;
either outcome drives up the cost of food, resulting in making it less
accessible to the poor in the U.S. or around the world. Therefore, we need
highly skilled regulators to make decisions based on the best available
science. Dr. XXX has demonstrated that he has the technical skills to
perform this job.
Based on his research and ensuing publications, Dr. XXX has demonstrated he
is an outstanding researcher and his work has received international
recognition. His research has been cited in articles by many others working
in the field. In his current position he will be able to continue to make
contributions in the field of pesticide behavior both from his research as
well as the applications of his research to pesticide regulation. Therefore
