个问题想请教
1。NIW 和EB1A同时递交TAXES， 独立人的推荐信可以有重复的么？有顾虑，因为昨天
在版上看到同时递交TAXES 是同一个签证官审理的。
2。还是两个选择递交不一样的USCIS 中心比较好？

same IO, you'd better submit them separately with a gap of 7-10 days.
USCIS center is determined by your living state -- search "Direct Filing
Addresses for Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker" on www.uscis.
gov to find the right place (NSC or TSC) for your case. |

I used exactly same RLs and submitted with a gap of 14 days. It turned out
the cases went to different IOs (EB1A 3 months vs NIW 5 months). My friend
did the same thing but goes to the same IO (EB1A approved and NIW denied at
the same day).

almost 100% chance to meet same IO. Actually, "to avoid same IO" in my
reply should be understood as "to reduce the possibility to meet same IO".
My attorney told me that based on their experiences, you will have about 20%
chance to meet same IO for your 2 cases.

说的和我想的差不多。我基本上是开头结尾改了一下，但是也不敢用完全一样的推荐人
。准备之间有几个不一样的。
不知道有谁有经验如果一个邮寄，一个Efile 也会到一个VO 么？ 看了USCIS邮寄是寄
到TAxes。如果EFILe， 我么应该是到CA。因为住在CA。 |

just totally shut off the NIW case by denying it.
