On February 11, 2013, we transferred your I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN
WORKER, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office
has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as
processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or
action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool

发帖数: 29 | 3 I have the same condition, I submitted my I-140 form on 09/19/2012 to TSC,
and the case was transferred to USCIS local filed office on 10/26/2012, the
case is still on Initial Review. The attory said that it was very rare, I
already made an appointment at local field office in one week, I will update
this information when I come back from the appointment.

Did they give you a notice with phone number?
