On April 1, 2011, we received this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER
and we e-mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case.
Please follow any instructions on this notice. This case is being processed
at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a
decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.
可是俺的140在3个月之前就批了被tsc，现在485pending。移民局到底玩什么啊？不会
有大问题吧？？
background：1b 的 485 RD 1/12/11, fp did in feb，刚收到AP和EAD。。。。。。
485的case在网上一直查不到信息。上周给uscis打电话说查不到case，他们说帮忙输入
系统，也没见输进去，到见140出茬子。sigh。
哪位老大见过这样的？？？不要紧吧？吓死了。 |

USCIS还玩愚人节游戏。不好玩吧。 |

received and one said that my application was approved on 4/1/11. But I got
my green card last year. Wonder if the uscis got virus attack. |

3月10号收到了140 PP approve email,online status 也变成了approve.
可是至今还没有收到approve notice.
3月23号寄出了485申请，4月1日晚上收到了一封email，本以为是关于485的，结果发现
140的case status 发生了变化，从 decision (or post decision, can not remember
) 又变回了acceptance. |

发帖数: 142 | 14 The same here. My I140 is approved on March 11. I already got the approval
notice and send my I-485. Now the I140 case state goes back to acceptance. I
am scared. Hopefully everything is ok. |
