发帖数: 115 | 1 EB1b 在5月6号filed，结果等了好多天没收到notice，后来从支票上找到case no：打
入一看，发现如下问题。马上和律师联系，律师发文给USCIS，但USCIS回复说case 已
经file了，但我们不会再发notice。不过之后公司或我打电话过去，我们公司都收到回
函，很奇怪是，网站一直到现在也没update信息。我不知道 会不会影响我的case。有
没人类似情况，怎么解决？多谢
