以前是F1， 在美国转的H1b （学校里面的）。
想今年回国， （2007年回过国， 是F1签证， 之后还没回去过）。
还有， 已经申请了 I－140，已经 approved.
向大家请教， 回国头一次签H1b， 会不会很危险。

technically, how to show VO that I still have a tight with China. I meant I
already applied for permanent residency in US.
