发帖数: 2520 | 1 10月初file的I-140和I-485（concurrent), File的时候，副申请人是H1b,下月副申请
人工作到期，律师建议file H4 （从H1b 转换到 depend 我的h4)做backup.
现在什么都在pending, 包括EAD.
给副申请人填 I-539表申请h4的时候被问到：
a. are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant
for an immigrant visa? yes or no
我想是我申请的i-140, 不是她，应该选no 对吧。
b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person
included in this application ? yes or no
不知道怎么选了
c. Has form 1-485, application to register permanent residence or adjust
status, even been filed by you or by any other person included in this
applicaiton? yes or no
显然这个应该选yes,因为副申请人确实有i-485收据， 对么？
