我怎么找不到IO number啊？
RFE 原文如下：
(V) Evidence of the beneficiary's original scientific, scholarly, artistic,
athletic, or business-related contributions of major significance in the
field.
The petitioner has provided letters from the following individuals:

This criterion has not been met because the evidence submitted does not show
that the beneficiary's contributions are considered to be of major
significance in the field of endeavor. Dr. XX has been an advisor and
colleague of the beneficiary at XX University from 2007 through 2011 when
the beneficiary received his Ph.D. This letter can provide important details
about the beneficiary's role in the research coordinated by Dr. XX, however
, it cannot form the cornerstone of a successful extraordinary ability claim
. Drs. XX, XXX, XXX, and XXX all state they were writing specifically in
support of the petitioner's application for permanent resident status, or to
express an assessment or evaluation of his research career. Even when
written by independent experts, letters solicited by an alien in support of
an immigration petition are of less weight than preexisting, independent
evidence of original contributions or major significance that one would
expect of an individual who has sustained national or international acclaim
at the very top of the field. To asssit in determining whether the
beneficiary's contributions are original and of major significance in the
field, the petitioner may submit:
-Objective documentary evidence of the significance of the beneficiary's
contribution to the field.
-Documentary evidence that people throughout the field currently consider
the beneficiary's work important.
- Testimony and/or support letters from experts which discuss the beneficary
's contributions of major significance.
- Evidence that the beneficiary's major significant contributions has
provoked widespread public commentary in the field or has been widely cited.
- Evidence of the beneficary's work being implemented by others. Possible
evidence may include but is not limited to:
- Contracts with companies using the beneficiary's products;
- Licensed technology being used by others;
- Patents currently utilized and shown to be significant to the field.

相对于其他客观证据，IO觉得推荐信的份量不如其他可观证据重要，因为毕竟推荐信也
都是主观写出来的。我相信IO们也明白律师帮忙起草推荐信这个行业潜规则。于是推荐
信越来越不值钱。
我觉得你应该挖掘其他的客观证据，比如别人在媒体网站或者paper里，对你工作的客
观评价。
不知道我理解的对不对。
不知道你的petition letter里面是如何提供这些证据的？

对啊，我也感觉IO认为即使是独立推荐信也没有分量了
我的PL里面也提供了很多证据的。IO完全没有提这些啊，不知道是不是没有看。

感觉IO几乎没看我的材料，因为要求提供的哪些东西我已经提供了，而且还相当全面。
这一条被干掉最郁闷了，因为我自觉自己材料中这部分最齐备，而且最多时间精力的推
荐信都在这里。 |

证据也有很多，全部被无视了。
