先写一下timeline
12/19/2011 EB1b 140 approved
01/05/2012 我(主申请人）和LD一起递交的485 DIY
02/07/2012 我和LD一起做FP
02/15/2012 两个人的 EAD and AP 一起收到
03/15/2012 然后我的GC 很快批准了
LD的485迟迟没有动静，期间做了SR,找了议员
07/23/2012 LD的485转到纽约local office
08/10/2012 收到LD485被要求interview的信
信上第一页写了面试的时间，地点，还写要带
1. passport
2. updated financial statements
第二页是复印的一张纸，上面很长的一串针对不同的appicants要带的documents list
，有
A. Documentary evidence
for all applicants 1...2...3...
for child-based or parent based applications 1..2..3..
for marriage based applications 1..2..3..
B. Court Disposition
C. Affidavit of support
D. Medical Examination
问题来了
1. 什么是updated financial statements?
2. 只需要准备第一页信纸上要求的passport 和 financial statements吗？还是第二
页上提到的东西都要准备？
补充一下2012一月递交LD 485时的材料包括
结婚公证（我和LD是国内结婚，公证也是国内做的，有英文翻译）
LD的paystub
有同学遇到类似的问题吗？他们是要interview我和LD的婚姻关系吗？怎么EB1类的会有

Of course, u should also bring passport and other financial documents as
specified. It should not be a hard one. Ur gc is eb but ur ld's is actully
fb, in terms of marriage with u. Just sit back and relax. Best luck. |
