总共有130，485, 864，765四个ENVELOP（我们目前不需要AP,所以没有131表）：

one thing I am not sure is.. doesn't “Petitioner’s IRS tax transcript for
last 3 years” include "Petitioner’s federal tax 2012 return & W2" already?
either way, doesn't hurt to include both, i guess.
Also, you could have filled out i-864EZ instead of i-864. | f*******n

没有“不需要”的。万一有突然的事情发生呢？到时候申请就太晚了。反正是免费的。
没有害处。
不需要“Copy of petitioner’s birth certificate;”
I-864跟I-130没有关系。
不需要“Copy of 3 month paystub;”
有了tax return transcript，就不需要tax return和W-2了。
不需要3年的tax return transcript。一般一年就够了。
考虑加一张G-1145在envelope里所有东西的上面。 | d*******n

在765中,是否说明一下你的765是和130/485一起递交的,所以不能提供485的receive
notice作为765申请的证据.

发帖数: 451 | 6 USCIS instructions about I-864 is kind of confusing. In fact, I-864 was
mentioned both in I-130 instruction & I-485 instruction. That is why we put
it in a separate envelop and added it into checklist of both 130 & 485.
Are you saying that I-864 should be packaged together with I-485 only?

Copy of petitioner’s birth certificate 不需要
I-864: Affidavit of Support,不需要,这个是和I-485一起作为I-485的支持文件.
Evidence for bona fides of marriage: 感觉边缘证据太多,没意义,挑重点的,象有孩
子的孩子的出生纸,联合银行帐号给一两份statements,等等,类似证据过多,会分散处理
人的注意力.
I-485:
Copy of passport identity page, visa, I-94, SSN;有要求SSN COPY吗?感觉在表里
填清楚SSN就可以了.
Copy of 3 month paystub;三月的PAYSTUB太多了,建议抽几张不同时代的PAYSTUB就可
以了.
Document list for I-864
:
我把I-864作为I-485的支持材料了,前面你既然也都放I-485了,为什么还单独再给I-864
材料?还是给的材料太多,
Copy of petitioner’s greencard and SSN;没要求SSN COPY
-- Petitioner’s employment letter and last 6 month paystub;6月的PAYSTUB还多
,挑重点给.
-- Petitioner’s IRS tax transcript for last 3 years;只要求过去一年的,I-864
里面有写.
-- Petitioner’s federal tax 2012 return & W2;有IRS TRANSCRIPT就不用W2啦.
I-131可以申请,现在免费,如果以后再需要,收费.

发帖数: 5562 | 9 出生证明是刚出生时候医院办的，成人后也就不能补办了。
如果小时候是有出生证明的，方便，拿来这边去银行做个翻译公证就可以。我的也没去
银行做公证，就拉了一个懂仲英双语的翻译然后sign name，也通过了。
你大概想问的是出生公证吧？这个是得在 国内办，倒不需要本人回去，可以委托国内
的人给你办的，但得出示委托信一类的东西，需要用到户口本身份证一类的吧，这个我
不清楚。
我自己是直接用的小时候的出生证明。
对，确实是必须的，配偶双方都得提供，如果没有的话，在rfe也会让你提供；或者到
interview阶段让你提供
