The petitioner must establish that it has the ability to pay the proffered
wage. The evidence you submitted, W-2 Forms and paycheck stubs, is secondary
evidence, therefore is unacceptable as primary evidence. Please submit a
complete copy of one of these three required types of initial evidence:
The petitioner's federal income tax returns: U.S. Corporation Income Tax
Return (Form 1120) or U.S. Corporation Income Tax Return for an S
Corporation (Form 1120S), with all accompanying schedules;
Annual reports; or
Audited financial statements.
我当初只交了paystub和W2，是不是这种RFE情况一般找公司要税表1120或1120S最方便
省事？accompanying schedules是什么呢？

为什么要税表呢，按说W2和工资单不是证明公司有支付能力了么
另外税表算不算敏感信息啊，公司会不会不愿意给？当初办的时候要那些东西拖了很久
不是很痛快怕我拿了绿卡跑路。。。

移民局要的三种主要材料已经很清楚了，你提交的是次要材料。
至于W2为什么是次要材料而不是主要材料，你这个要和移民局打官司。
你这个“按理说”不成立。人家是按照规定走的。 |

发帖数: 1540 | 5 accompanying schedules 就是不光是税表本身，税表所附带的所有schedule都要有。
至于什么是schedule，以要是弄过税就知道。就是详细附表。

有没有人有经验这种RFE交了以后多久有回音啊？
