在想要不要withdraw了，重新pp efile到TSC。
考古看到有人说如果被deny了，重新file时IO会拿到以前被deny的申请的copy,
如果withdraw呢？

这是一个NOID后withdraw然后重新submit EB1B PP的成功案例。

我们公司请的律师就跟我说TSC一点都不比NSC容易，标准都一样，
md，当我傻啊。
还说efile的时候不能选择哪个center，也就是说pp efile也可能会到
NSC。具体到了那里只有收到receipt之后才知道。这是真的吗？
不过他倒是确认了如果withdraw新的IO不会直接收到上一次的copy。
但是系统里有RFE记录，如果新的IO想调看以前的记录也是可以的。

But efile surely is sent to TSC. Sometimes when there are many cases at TSC, some cases may be transferred to NSC, and again, this is not predictable nor controllable.
"系统里有RFE记录，如果新的IO想调看以前的记录也是可以的" Yes, it's true. But supposedly each application should be evaluated independently. Whether the IO wants to see the old case or not, is not something that we can control. So just try it again, and we wish you the best.

TSC, some cases may be transferred to NSC, and again, this is not
predictable nor controllable.
谢谢回复。关于转到NSC，你是说non-PP的吗？还是PP的也有可能被转到NSC?

大家还知道其他类似的成功(或失败)案例吗?
在第一轮里已经找了觉得最合适的推荐信里,折腾了一年多,
现在律师要我在2个月内再弄4-6封推荐信,怎么可能比以前的还好呢?
而且重新file一个最多就是再被RFE一次吧？会有其他什么负面
影响吗？
