我的律师在PL里是 独立起一段，以斜体引用Reference Letter的内容，
而且注明是哪个推荐人，是否独立。

Are you implying that by highlighting the reference letters, the IOs will
somehow think we have tempered with the letters?

发帖数: 202 | 8 IMHO, I guess it might be good to keep the reference letter as original as
it can be. You can definitely highlight the keyword in the quota in your
petition letter. This is what I did. |

reference letters.
