较低，曾经拿到过一个federal grant。RFE是这么说的：
Given your low publication rate, and low citation record it has not been
established your work has made a major significant impact within your field.
To assist in determining whether of your contributions are original and
of major significance, you may submit:
--Objective documentary evidence of the significance of your contribution
to the field
-- Documentary evidence that people throughout the field currently
consider of your work important
-- Evidence of your work being implemented by others.
其实是近两年的publication比较多，而且都是领域内比较top的journal。因为新，
所以citation不是很多，所作的研究是evaluate美国政府对于低收入家庭小孩的教育投资
效果，应该还是很重要的。关键是IO所说的那些东西，好多都是针对工程或理科的，
对于social science不知道怎么突出自己的contribution。求建议。
另外问一下关于RFE的deadline,信里有点矛盾：
You must submit the requested information within thirty (84) days from the
date of this letter (87 days if this notice was received by mail).
我的理解是87天，可是那个thirty (84) days比较confusing, 我觉得是typo,应该是
thirty (30) days, 但不清楚这个notice除了mail还有什么方式。30天肯定不够啊，
现在是holiday,要个推荐信都不够。另外想找个律师处理这个RFE，不知道大家有
没有好的律师推荐。谢谢。

objective ducmentary evidence 包括 媒体报道,citation,等. 最后一点是最好你能
够得到某个federal funding 的人给你写封verification letter来陈述你的research
起到如何
"重要"的影响, 都有哪些政府部门已经或将要使用你的研究. 我也是在最初的时候没有
确切
的体会到"重要" 的表达方式,后来才发现他们希望看到的是事实,而非在RL里面肤浅的
使用 "significant"这类词 .

政府部门好像都是，我找NIH的写推荐信，也没有同意，verification可能好点。

compare with yours, and ask for a couple of new independent references to
say that your field's numbers are indeed low.

发帖数: 9977 | 18 别托到最后一天，前面有个id第87天寄出去直接被据了。因为87天指得是uscis收到材
料得那天，并且他假设你需要3天邮寄（84天是对你而言得），这个日期的解释官网有
说明。
你这个rfe貌似不难回复的，模板类型。你需要更多证据显示贵专业整体引用偏低
，并且从引用中挖掘一下。最好是证明引用今后会逐步升高，而且目前已经比其他大多
数同行都高了
