觉就是模式化的RFE。
我自己的弱点是推荐信， 只给了5 封， 因为有一封写的不好， 被我拿下。
我的问题是再来两封推荐信是否就可以？ PL 是否要再组织一下， 几页比较合适？我
寄给他们的PL 写的有点长， 估计人家懒得看。 | T*******y

The petitioner must establish that the national interest would not be served
if the petitioner was required to obtain a labor certificate for the
proposed employment. You submitted witness letters to show that some fellow
scientists in the field consider you an excellent researcher, but beyond
these letters and your assertions, little could be found to show that a
waiver of the labor certification process is warranted. Please submit
additional evidence to establish that the beneficiary’s past record
justifies projects of future benefit to the nation.
The petitioner must persuasively demonstrate that the national interest
would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required. The
petitioner must demonstrate that it would be contrary to the national
interest to potentially deprive the prospective employer of the beneficiary
’s services by making the position available to U.S. workers.
The petitioner must establish that the beneficiary has a past record of
specific prior achievement with some degree of influence on the filed as
whole. The beneficiary’s previous influence on the filed as a whole must
justify projections of future benefit to the national interest. The
petitioner must establish, in some capacity, the beneficiary’s ability to
serve the national interest to a substantially greater extent than the
majority of others in the field. For example, the petitioner may submit
copies of the beneficiary’s patents and copyrights; grant proposals; peer
reviewed articles; performance evaluations for the last five to ten years;
work that has been evaluated in independent journals; and awards for work in
the field. Any awards for work in the field must be accompanied by a
statement from the institution that granted the award, commenting on the
number of awards given, the frequency of the award, the criteria for
granting the award, and the number of individuals eligible to compete for
the award.
The petitioner must establish that the beneficiary’s skills or background
are unique and innovative and serve the national interest. If the
beneficiary possesses any special skills, knowledge or abilities that could
not be articulated on an application for labor certification, the petitioner
must submit evidence to demonstrate these special skills, knowledge or
abilities.
Please submit Form ETA-750B, “Statement of Qualification of Alien,” or
Form ETA-9089, “Application for Permanent Employment Certifications, “
Parts J, K and L.
信说的是很清楚。 我已经交上去发表的文章， 没提REVIEW， 因为少的可怜。grant
proposals 必须我是PI 吗？ 因为所有我参与的grant 我都是CO-PI。 准备给这个：
performance evaluations for the last five to ten years， 其他的要有早给了。
