所以把起草好了的推荐信发给独立推荐人的时候， 要不要特意的说一句：推荐信中有
一些描述科学贡献的词有夸张成分,然后希望他理解并且不要删除？
还有就是一个大的会议的travel award， 不用觉得可惜， 用了被rfe可能性很大， 所
以我想在老板的推荐信中说DR.xxx was invited to present his results with
travel expenses covered by the conference committee?

I said that the letter was for green card purpose only, which contained the
key words that the IOs were looking for, but they were free to revise. To
ask them not to delete certain words may sound a bit over-do.

Sure, to put it in the letter is fine, but you may not want to list it in
your PL. In the letter, you can also say that such award is selected out of
xxx applicants to show that it's a good one.

在推荐信中提了以后， 然后我在pl中引述推荐信中的内容是否可以？当然我不会单独
的在pl中把这个奖提出来， 只是想借推荐人说一说就行了。 | f*****e

有些人会说些这样的话, 如 "这封信只做移民用". 其实有点多余, 你信里的开头就有
这些话. "The purpose of this letter is to ..."
有时候说太多, 把别人搞成惊弓之鸟. |
