1. Is G-1145 only optional? If I don't submit such a form, I can still
register online to get status updates, right?
2. Should I include the A# from my I-140 notice in I-485?
3. (Part 3, A) Were you inspected by a U.S. Immigration Officer? Yes or No?
4. Are previous tax return forms required? Or just W-2 forms sufficient?
I-131:
5. In Parts one and two, should I use the same addresses?
6. Class of Admission refers to my current status or my status at last entry? | m*********r

Not sure. Maybe yes.
I did. And they used the same A# in my I-485 receipt.
Of course yes, you were legally entering U.S. weren't you? Were you
inspected at the Customs when you enter from Air/Water/Land ?
I submitted my tax return and W2.
