问题：
在 Form I-129被approved之后，必须去当地US consulate申请H-1B visa吗？
USICS网站上说"if required"，有B1/B2还required吗？后面说的apply to CBP for
admission in H-1B classification是什么意思？在边境那里申请（持B1/B2 visa+I-
129 approval），就是I-94？
规定如下：
Step 3: Prospective Workers Outside the United States Apply for Visa and/or
Admission.
Once the Form I-129 petition has been approved, the prospective H-1B worker
who is outside the United States may apply with the U.S. Department of State
(DOS) at a U.S. embassy or consulate abroad for an H-1B visa (if a visa is
required). Regardless of whether a visa is required, the prospective H-1B
worker must then apply to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for
admission to the United States in H-1B classification. | c**2

After I get H1B visa in Canada. Can I enter from Mexico border using the H1B
visa? I mean I plan a vacation in Mexico immediately before the start of
the work....don't want to bother to come back to Canada again...Thanks again!
