I have questions on address.
1) For Part 1 and Part 3, should I put my company address and home address
separately or just home address if I DIY my NIW?
2) Can I put my company address for both Part 1 and Part 3 as my mailing
address? Now I live in the apartment which is not a stable address.

employer sponsored application.

Part 1 is for petitioner, for NIW you are the petitioner, so put your
information there. The form says clearly, if an individual is filing, use
the top name line. And the address you can use whatever you can receive
mails.
Mailing address only matters to yourself. as long as you are sure you can
get mails at that address, you can use it.

发帖数: 371 | 5 I want to use my office address as my mailing address. Also, there are "
Suite No." in Part 1, but "Apt No." in Part 3. Office address just includes
"Suite No". So is it ok if I put my office's suite No into "Apt No." blank?
