等hard evidence 证明。至少可以很好的说明你的publication是internationally
circulated.

journal quality/ranking has
nothing to do with your personal research contribution. Publishing
papers in good journal alone is not a "contribution" which is measured
by the influence (citations, comments, etc) of your work in the field. |

大体而言,好期刊的论文引用还是高些,但一些极高引用有(开创)影响的文章也常发表在
很专领域内的期刊上,这种期刊ranking 比不过那些NCS.
