很水，办了4年了，还没有IF，Editorial Board只有9人（3印度，2欧洲，1US,其他第
三世界的）。
2个欧洲的水平还凑合。
不知道以后会不会走research这条路。请问接受这样的邀请会影响REPUTATION吗，
Editorial Board除了审稿外还有格外的工作吗？
况且这样的邀请信似乎也不是那么强，不知道对绿卡申请有没有否？
大侠们或者过来人给点看法呀
