跟律师争执了好久，律师坚持四条不让步
如果最弱的一条没有通过，后果是什么？
会被拒吗？（毕竟有两条是strong的啊）
请各位多给给意见。有没有听说过类似情况，一般怎么处理？

“however I have left the memo organized as it because the way it is
structured helps to emphasize your overall qualification as an Outstanding
Researcher. Although USCIS will first examine whether you can supply the
necessary evidence in 2 of 6 fields, they will then review the case overall
to determine whether an individual qualifies.”

I guess: the IO first will get an impression if this guy is Niu or Not(that'
s the Overall that your lawyer means).If he or she thinks you are Niu enough
, then she will not examine individual claims. But if he or she thinks you
are just so so, then he or she will look at your individual claims and beat
you!
One of my friends has very good publication, and the citation is pretty
strong, but his review experience is not good, he only reviews several
papers for his boss(without his credits). But his case got approved. He went
to Tsinghua for his undergraduate, and Harvard for his PHD, and He is doing
postdoc in Stanford. He looks very Niu, so that's the first impression to
the IO, and then IO will approve it. |

条），其他的用来支持CONTRIBUTION，没有证据表明必须CLAIM了才能用来支持OVERALL |

我的律师帮我把6条全部都claim了，我当时悲愤的跟他争辩了很久，还是说服不了他。
最后IO 只RFE了 offer letter，补上就过了。

发帖数: 306 | 11 Same situation with me. Claim 4 and they can not reject you because of one
item failed, but if you only claim 3 items, then it's a problem. So, your
lawyer is right.....
Oops, it's a 1b case, but anyway, you can still try to claim 4 items......
