EB1a是职业移民中的一类，你在140中证明了你在某一专业领域是杰出的，如果说你现
在都不干这个了，那“杰出”还能算数吗？为什么还要发你绿卡？ |

485说明书是说如果申请是employment base的话，就一定要。
但是如果不是，象EB-1A,EB-5,就不是必要的。

EB1a. So, I think they might take all EB1 as employment based. |

My attorney concluded an employment letter when filing EB1A.
She says for EB1A, you need to prove that you are going to continue to work
in the field where you claim you have extraordinary ability. So employment
letter can meet this requirement. |
