their own Immigrant Petitions
签证申请指南上说Employment preference (E) cases要交一个 A job offer letter
from the petitioning company should be submitted.来证明去美国后不会成为
public charges。
问题就来了，既然是file their own Immigrant Petitions，根本就没有petitioning
company，哪来的A job offer letter from the petitioning company？
既然我自己是petitioner，那我是不是该写个small business创业计划书，并提供一定
资金证明，说明我去了美国会有工作，能自食其力。这个做法靠谱吗？
