4个美国，1个香港的，还有1个新加坡的，其中4个独立的，4个是IEEEfellow。
不过这6个人中5个是 Chinese, 我想这可能是硬伤。 |

Suggestions:
get more recommendation letters from outside of USA and no-Chinese.
Tricks: As those guys who cited your papers, most of them will do that for
you.
dig deep your citations and find some commences for your work.
paper citation: about 100: it's enough
paper review: about 50: it's enough

Please find more objective evidence from non-Chinese experts,
especially those who cited your papers and highlighted ( or use
large portion of paragraphs to describe your research ) to emphasis
impact of your research on their research results and international
recognition.
For example, Dr. XXX (from Europe) said, "out research is BASED on the
results of Susan2011's pioneer work [your publication]"
or " Susan2011's work is state-of-the-art improvement of xxx research"..
