绿卡父母把孩子生在美国境外，有配额限制，因此有排期，属于亲属移民第二类优先（
FB2或称为F2）。参见美国国务院官方网站：

and receive GC in a few weeks.
usually the mother needs to possess valid reentry permit for herself, and if

If the child is under 2 years old, and is accompanied by LPR parent upon
their first return to the U.S. of the parent who is applying to re-enter as
LPR and the parent is admissible, then the child should be admitted as a
permanent resident and issued an I-181 by USCIS upon his/her first entry as
a lawful permanent resident.
条件是孩子不到2岁， 父母都是永久居民， 因为孩子要和父母呆在一起，所以可以拿
到绿卡。 但必须是父母生完孩子的第一次带孩子入美国境内。

现在是绿卡持有者，想怀孕后回国生孩子。不知道可行否。。
比如怀孕6-7个月的时候回中国。生完孩子3-4个月的时候回美。。
孩子需要另外申请绿卡吗。。 |

permanent resident (LPR), the CBP officer must complete a Form I-181,
Memorandum of Creation of Record of Lawful Permanent Residence, for the
child. A child is permitted into the U.S. without an immigrant visa as a new
immigrant in certain, limited situations. This visa exemption arises if the
child is born to an accompanying parent after issuance of an immigrant visa
to the parent but before the parent's initial admission to the U.S. (
Essentially, the child is born abroad after the parent/s obtain their
immigrant visas in their passports, but before they come into the U.S. as
immigrants.) The visa exemption also exists for children born abroad if they
are under 2 years old and were born during a lawful permanent resident
mother's temporary absence from the U.S. In order to qualify for this
benefit, the child must be accompanied by the parent upon the first return
of the parent to the U.S. following the birth of the child. The parent must
be able to establish evidence of the parentage of the child and the parent's
own evidence of being an LPR. The child will get a temporary I-551 stamp in
the passport upon entry to the U.S. The CBP officer should also take a copy
of the birth certificate to submit with the Form I-89 and Form I-181 to
request the creation of the physical "green card" for the child.
