I am transferring my H1B but got a RFE on friday
and my current job is about to end. (tiny company, humanity major) Altho
it's only H1B it is kinda important to me right now.
Please recommend the attorneys you worked with!!! I really need a good
lawyer.

到了rfe, 两条,一条是要证明我的职位是个specialty occupation, 所以要求本科以上
学位. 第二条是证明公司需要这个职位.我是文科硕士,小公司
