zac liu 说最然我有背景，但是无法估计成功率，让我找其他律师
版上前辈也分为两派

on mitbbs, all of them said engineer cannot do EB1B, I have to do EB1A or NIW
. I believed them and went to PERM. Half year later, a friend told me job
title has nothing to do with EB1B. All matters is the job description. I
finally did EB1B and got approved in 20 days. |
