（1）原petition letter里claim 了4条，被RFE了三条。如果回复的时候想拿掉一条应
该怎么操作？需要在信里提出来自己不claim那一条了吗？这么写好像有点怪怪的。还
是回复的时候就不把那一条写进去？
（2）RFE 里包括这么一项：“Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, 204.5(h)(5)
states, "---- the petition must be accompanied by clear evidence that the
beneficiary is coming to the United States to continue work in the area of

1. Exactly address the concerns that the IO has.
2. Get a very good recommendation letter from your current boss to address "
clear evidence that the beneficiary is coming to the United States to
continue work in the area of expertise. Such evidence may include letter(s)

contracts, or a statement from the beneficiary detailing plans on how he or

PL. I attached a research plan and then got another reference letter from
my boss to prove that I am going to stay in the same position and continue
to work on.... | s******t

单，找你的雇主，manager等写封信就可以。

发帖数: 4820 | 5 我觉得不需要拿掉一条，反正只要过3条就行了，拿掉的话显得心虚，应该都尽量争取。
关于research的连贯性，可以从雇佣合同着手，公司或者supervisor出示证明，强调是
做research，而且目前的工作是建立在以前经验的基础上，具有一贯性。
