I have a potential expat assignment opportunity to China (branch company)
next
year just before my H1B expires. As I know that expats' salary will be paid
by
the company headquarter in US, can I still be on the US company payroll when
I
am no longer in H1B status and working outside US? Any suggestions to make
it
work?
