给个说法吧。结果又等来一个RFE by TSC XM＃1105。潜水了这么久很少看到被折磨两
回的，没想到自己是within this kind of SMALL percentage。。。
RFE很短，＃1105 只质疑了Contribution，但是并没有提到其他两条（authorship和
review）是否通过。大家的RFE有这种情况么？我在板上看到的case好像都是有明确表
示每一个claimed item是否accepted。RFE的全文如下：

觉得还是要强调硬证据啊，你那么好的硬证据不用，去引一大段的reference很不划算
啊！至少你要坚持把硬证据的东西加进去，ＩＯ就喜欢看点比例，top多少的东东。

My lawyer suggested to get two more recommendation letters, though I think
hard evidence is more important...

relatively easy rfe to reply as most of the questions were very specific,
e.g. meeting sizes, big shots attending the meetings, expert
recognition...

bullet points。不过，我个人就不喜欢把图表放到论述中去。我个人也喜欢用文字的。 |

既然强调了"documented evidence", 那明显的就是要拿硬证据拉。

1a,按照老大讲的,主要是硬证据.甚至,极端点的ID讲,推荐信都不需要.
你律师搞的结构,先空话,再家推荐人讲话,完全是和EB1A背道而驰. |

估计这个IO根本就没有意识到，这是一个NOID的回复。
再组织一下材料吧。没什么证据好挖，IO不会介意你以前都交了什么的。 |

contribution) but the letter even shorter ( just the first paragraph of your
RFE)

He/she challenged 2 of my 4 claims with just one sentence for each, then
denied all the 4 claims when he/she got the responding letter! |
