know how to respond, faxing by 72 hours may be a choice. Otherwise for any
general RFE, you better wait for mail to come in

发帖数: 241 | 6 I got this similar fax. However, please ignore it and spend time to prepare
your RFE well.
It just gives you a quick option. However, it usually takes more than 3 days
to prepare a RFE. If you don't respond within the specified window, they
will issue you a regular mail and approximately 1 month time to respond.
TREAT any RFE seriously and answer with full attention and effort.

发帖数: 8496 | 10 because you pay $1000 for PP, you have this quick prefered option. If you
fax the response, IO will approve(or deny) your I-140 immediately.
Or if you mail it back, IO can do it 15 days after response is received. |
