can some one help with my question please.. I can't type Chinese.. Any input
will be appreciated!
I had worked at a small consultant firm for about 5 years, now it only has 2
employees ( The boss and myself ), it used to have several consultants a
few years ago and I used this company to apply for Green Card, got I140
approved 2 years ago but can't submit I485 due to quota limit. My H1B will
be expired on 03/2011(6 years), do you think my H1B renew can be approved
on the next year? It is | p*****r

one is apply for renew
the other is to look for a new job
