老婆是F1，我是H1B。我正在申请EB1，刚拿到140，还来不及办AP。
现在的问题是，我老婆要回国开会得重新申请签证。签证表上有一项：有没有人申请im

发帖数: 546 | 4 It's fine for your lp to obtain F-1 visa if she did not submit I140 (looks
like you submitted I140) and I485. Just say "no" for visa application.
The only thing you need to be careful is that you lp should not submit I485
immediately after her return with F-1 visa. Wait at least 60 days. |
