发帖数: 8496 | 2 CBP cannot give you B visa stamp. They may let you in to appear before a
judge, you can choose to return to China on next flight without admission (
and without prejudice). They don't usually give you B status to enter if
you still have unexpired GC.
If you abandon GC at a US consulate, it is possible to get B visa stamp
there, but no guarantee. | o****u
