AP to come back to the States. Now, what other documents do they ask along
with her original AP letters? Just her I-485 receipt is enough?
One more thing, after she uses her AP, she will be in parolee status. How
can I convert her back to H4 status?
Any advice will be appreciated!

发帖数: 49 | 2 1. Her unexpired passport is the only document in addition to the AP she
needs to reenter the U.S.
2. I am not sure how she can change back to her H-4 status, but I wonder why
she need to do it. You can
immediately file an H-4 for her if later your I-485 gets denied and
consequently her parolee status is lost.
I believe there is no need to change back to H-4. It does not provide
additional safeguard.
