-1A category is pending.
EAD is obtained through the first I-485 and will expire soon. Can I renew it
by attaching the second I-485's receipt?
I should be able to renew EAD based on any pending I-485, correct?

发帖数: 8496 | 2 Your first EAD was canceled when first I-485 got denied. You can file I-765
to get a new EAD based on this new pending I-485, but if you have been
working using the unexpired but canceled EAD, this period will be considered
working without authorization. |
