find the replacement, they will have to charge us the rent for the whole
year since they didn't require any deposit in the beginning. Thank you so

contract. So it does not make any sense to pay the whole year.

有问题,如你已经交了deposit, 你的deposit别想拿回来了,也就算了。如租房公司不
依不饶,非得要收一年房租,你可能需要花钱去找律师了。 |
