FHD is the resolution, many LED/LCD displays support FHD, but they are not
IPS.

图像的变化也不大，联想的特别明显发暗。

likely the Dell you saw has an IPS screen while the lenovo is not. but
seeing them in real life is the only way for you to find the difference.

retina screen is a marketing term only for Apply displays.
my gen3 x1c has a 14in WQHD screen, if you convert it to DPI, it is 213,
this number is comparable to many Apple retina screens of similar sizes
