上周做了第一次产检，LP28岁，第一次怀孕。
检查No 1:做了B超.
小家伙9周多一点。
检查No.2:抽了血.
我看那个单子，估计是做了“first trimester screening Blood Test”（因为这个项
目显示大概时间是10
-14周），主要目的是“assess risk of Down's Syndrome and Trisomy 18 as well
as heart defects”。检查结果还没出来。
另外虽然医生没给我明确说做的什么项目的产检，但是我看了她给的一些材料，外加一
些文档，说first
trimester screening Blood and ultrasound Test，就是用超声波和血检，而我们当
时也正好是做了这两项，抽血还抽了5管，挺多的。
那这么看来上次应该作恶是这个“first trimester screening test”吧

然后医生就让我从两个genetic screening里选一个做。一个是Ultra screen，11～14
周做。包括B超看nuchal translucency， 和血检。可以查Down和Trisomy 18。 另一个
是multiple marker screening, 只有血检，可以查Down和neural tube defects。 但
是这只是给个概率。
我不知道jms说的唐筛是哪一个啊？我看这两个查的东西都不一样啊，是两选一还是可
以都做？如果Ultra screen是jms说的first trimester screen的话，不是说还有一个
15～20周的血检吗？
我预产期的时候正好30了，第一次怀孕，jms有什么建议么？先谢啦～ |

发帖数: 1002 | 30 我们是把first trimester screening跳过,做的AFP+detailed ultrasound.检查都没有
问题.朋友的小孩都没问题,我自己下个月才生,应该没什么问题,呵呵.
First trimester screening和AFP都包括唐筛,只不过first trimester screening筛查
结果的true positive的概率高一点(也就是说如果确实是有问题的,筛选结果表示唐式
的可能性高的概率).除了唐筛以外,这两个screening还另外检测几个基因组异常的疾病
.我几个月以前回过一个帖子比较过的,现在也记不太清了.反正就是,如果想要跳过
first trimester screening的话,最好把AFP和大B超做了,然后综合起来看(医院发的小
册子上是这么说的,具体怎么个综合法我就不知道了,呵呵).反正大B超基本上所有人都
会做的,那就连AFP一起做了好了.
如果你决定不管有没有唐式综合症(以及其他基因组异常的疾病)你都会留下这个宝宝的
话,那就不需要做了.如果你年纪比较大,又完全不能接受唐式综合症的话,就直接做羊穿

HAVE混淆了。比如身高175以上，年纪大三岁以上，年薪XX以上等等。
怎么判断自己的条件是不是真实想要的呢，很简单。假设你有一个条件是身高175以上
，你就问问自己，如果这个男生长得特别帅/特别有钱但是只有172呢？如果你动摇了，
觉得可以考虑，那175的身高就不是你真实想要的。比如对我来说，我最后筛出来的结
果是：必须要热爱户外运动特别是滑雪，否则就是帅过吴彦祖，富过李嘉诚，也没用。
必须喜欢我，认同我，尊重我的个性，赞同我的梦想并愿意协助我实现梦想。

One problem I have with it is that, I often use it from either a desktop or
a laptop, which have different resolution. When I created a screen window
from the desktop (which has higher resolution), and I attach to the session
from my laptop, the texts in the window are out of the right places (显示不
正常， 主要是换行以及emacs窗口边界, BTW, I
use emacs within Gnu screen). I useed ^l to re draw the emacs screen, or ^a

我的理解： 因为昨天下午5点给的verbal offer,那我应该在明天下午5点前做完
drug screen 对吗？ 就怕理解错了。
另外，drug screen 一般clinic和hospital能都行把？要空腹吗？不知道有什么注
意事项没

发帖数: 369 | 45 地下室已经按照home theater的方案翻新改造的。工程都开始几天了。不弄projector
screen，地下室空间相对大点也得换个大电视，50“电视太小，不过电视再大也没
projector screen大。
也不是screen下放茶几，是screen和沙发之间放个53" by 28" 的茶几。茶几两方向都
有抽屉，所以不靠墙放。茶几只能跟着沙发走，沙发搬地下室，茶几也跟地下室。估计
搬沙发，craighlist上卖掉茶几。电视电视柜其实这么一整也多出来一套，这东西靠墙
不占地方就留着。 |

阴超和pap。然后医生就告诉我有几种检查可以做，要我自己选择做哪种。我看了一下
材料，还是不确定，JM们能帮我看看，那个是很重要，应该做的prenatal screening
program. 以下是医生给的三种选择：1）Quad marker screening, 2) serum
integrated screening, 3) full integrated screening.
