Four days before the 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro was introduced, KGI
Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo released a report claiming that Apple would
launch the machine alongside the then-current MacBook Pro line rather than
as a direct replacement.

potential timeline for upgrades to Apple's iMac and Mac Pro lines,

Pro in the coming months, a Geekbench 2 benchmark submitted late last month
as a "MacBookPro10,2" appears to represent the machine in question.

have begun updating their software packages with support for the new Retina

体是非常好， 优点很明显， 瑕不掩瑜。
优点
1 系统简单易学， 之前只要用过linux的人， 都会快掌握苹果的基本操作。那些什么
切换， 粘贴复制， 都很容易熟练使用。 对于平时没空折腾电脑的人来说， 苹果的设
置应该是最人性化的了。
2 trackpad非常强大， 说他能替代鼠标也不为过。 这点我很意外， 以前一直觉得
thinkpad的小红点是唯一能替代鼠标的，但还是很不方便， 现在看来， 很可能ibm是
被微软这个队友给坑了。。 虽然所有笔记本都有trackpad， 但苹果把它的功能尽可能
最大化了，而且苹果的trackpad做的准确度非常高。真的是一只手就能基本完成所有的
操作任务。
我以前也用过一段时间asus zenbook， 感觉不如苹果的精确， 误操作非常多。
3 Retina显示效果 比一般电脑好太多了， 而且苹果的色泽也很丰满， 我也看到网上
有人说retina会对影响视力， 不知道是不是因为他们把字体調的太小的原因，如果调

1. enucleate the eyes
2. slit the cornea, put the eye in the fixative (usually 4% PFA), for 10min
3. remove cornea and lens and vitreous, and put the eyecup (retina+RPE+
sclera, etc) back to the fixative for about 30-40min. 1hour should also work
.
4. wash with PBS and dissect the retina from the eyecup.
5. put the retina to PBSTriton (1%) permeabilize
6. staining part
这个protocol适用于~95%的蛋白染色。
但是如果遇到一些比较tricky的东西，可能需要调整fixative，固定时间，
permeabilization等等。

app FolderWatch [Mac App Store] that lists "Retina graphics" as one of the

买retina还是不买retina
所以搞不请是买ipad2,ipad4还是mini，还是等mini2。
我现在用着mac pro。不带retina的那种。请问，ipad和ipad mini没有retina的屏幕就
像我现在得mac pro屏幕一样嘛？那我也没觉得很渣啊。。。。有了retina到底神器在
哪里？
另外大小的问题。。ipad的背面设计太金属太滑，我总怕躺床上没拿住砸死我。。。
mini到时很轻，背面材料我也喜欢。不过如果用mini偶尔看个pdf论文啥的，屏幕大小
方便嘛？

一些retina whole mount的染色，这几天刚刚试了试分离retina,分离倒是不难，可是
不知道怎么才能得到展平的retina？是分离后立刻对剪四刀，然后才whole mount吗？
还是whole mount之后才剪？剪完后，怎样才能平整的贴到载玻片上？我感觉轻轻一扯

The writer of the post, OWC Mike, seemed impressed with the performance of

Just before last month's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), KGI
Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo correctly predicted that Apple's MacBook Pro
with Retina display would appear alongside the standard MacBook Pro instead

昨天，苹果SVP兼硬件工程主管Bob Mansfield发表公开信，称将产品移除
EPEAT环境认证是错误的决定。随后，所有曾经通过EPEAT认证的产品又重新出现在
EPEAT网站上，此外苹果最新发布的Retina MacBook Pro也通过了EPEAT认证
，并且获得了等级最高的“金牌”认证。
今天，据Fortune网站报道，电子产品收回联盟Barbara Kyle在博文中表示了
自己对Retina MacBook Pro评级的疑惑，Kyle解释道，EPEAT的认证过程是
由生产厂商首先对产品评级，随后EPEAT再次对该评级进行审核。目前针对Retina
;MacBook Pro的EPEAT官方审核还没有开始，EPEAT组织在发现产品不符合IEEE标
准时，有权将评级更改。
由于Retina MacBook Pro使用胶水固定电池，所以这款产品可能最终不

望对大家有参考价值。
1，屏幕：这个是rMBP最大的亮点，高分辨率+LED+IPS，2880x1800相比以前的1440x900
，和iPhone3GS到iphone4，ipad2到new ipad的跨度一样令人赞叹。当时店里购买时，
对比了一下MBA13（本来冲这个去的）和普通MBP15，发现和rMBP比那两个就得扔啊。。。
2，外观和重量：大体来说就是变薄的MBP15。屏幕边框较MBA13细，所以正面长宽和MBA
比时小于15:13的。还是保持MBP厚度的一致性，而非MBA的前薄后厚的斧头型。整体厚
度比MBA厚，比MBP13去掉屏幕后要薄。重量上按参数4.4lbs，但是很奇怪端起来却感觉
比MBP13的4.5lbs要轻很多，可能是薄产生的心里作用。。。但这个还是比MBA13的3lbs
重太多。
rMBP相对MBA的优势是屏幕和性能，重量上就无法比拟了。就像享受着Q7的性能，就没
法期望Civic的油耗一样。但其实个人觉得laptop都应该<3lbs才方便，所以啥时候有了
rMBP13啥的才叫神器。

发帖数: 13752 | 46 从性能来说，同样是两核的13寸MBA和13寸MBP差别不大，就10%左右。
用四核处理器的15寸MBP，性能倒确实高不少。
MBP这条产品线，我个人觉得很快会重组，除了有retina这个选项，
其它方面和MBA相比没有什么优势。也许以后Pro和Air的差别，主要就是
retina了。

要盯着看还是可以看得出来。。。另外新旧retina什么区别？

发帖数: 836 | 48 感觉ipad mini retina的定位有点尴尬啊。我用ipad主要是在车上阅读，ipad太大了，
总是碰到前面的椅背，而且也太沉了，用两手姿势很不舒服。就买了mini retina，结
果发现更尴尬，一个手拿太沉，两手拿更别扭，于是退了换成mini,简直是perfect，没
查官方数据重量差多少，但是负责任地说，用单手拿40分钟，这点重量差别简直太明显
了。我单手拿ipad mini是用三指在背后，拇指在侧面，小指在下面托着，结果用了
mini retina几天之后感觉小指要得关节炎了。换成普通的mini, 完全不痛，坚持40分
钟一点问题没有。
屏幕的差别有一点，但是也就是刚刚看完一个再看另一个的时候比较明显，过半个小时
就习惯了。现在看来ipad mini真是好，希望苹果能出一款ipad mini retina air, 把
重量降下来。 |

发帖数: 2452 | 49 late 2013版的MBP retina 13寸，买了个DELL的2415 4K显示器，之前看有人说用
switchresx可以调出52Hz的1080P HiDPI retina效果。结果回来后发现这个软件在
yosemite下不能用，无法设置这个。于是用minidisplay效果一塌糊涂，用HDMI倒是
retina效果，但是只有30HZ，用起来感觉有点卡的感觉，不是很爽。
15寸可以直接4K RETINA，不错。
请教谁有这方面经验啊。多谢啦！ |
