2。她有心情时间上网更新状态，证明没受人身威胁；
3。在没受人身威胁时使用Bear Spray；
4。不知道另一样武器够不够Aggravated Assault。
5。她布置了陷阱，明知没有人身威胁，却使用了武器。
不管喜不喜欢，法律和以往的判例是这样，尤其在加州那种地方，我觉得她让那人一直
偷下去损失可能还小些。要知道在这里言语威胁都能进监狱的。
对后序情节很感兴趣，这女的等于把对方民事诉讼要的证据双手逢上。我不是同情偷东
西的人，只是感觉她做的很难在法庭上站住脚。没枪的人真可怕。 |
