man died and the cop is on paid-leave. Judging by the video (from several
different views) the cop put his hands up on his head and then dropped them
to his kneels after the gun went off...
I don't think it was necessary for the cop to use taser gun or any weapon to
apprehend the suspect at that time.

The triggers are set very heavy on cop's guns, by law. This makes sure that
if a cop fires his gun, it cannot
be 走火.

it off, why would any cop shoot him in the back? I am wondering what kind
of weapon was used in this case... |
