weight to my right leg. The problem is, every time I do this, my head moves
to the right. When I pay attention to fix my head, I think I'm reverse
pivoting.
I've heard many people say that we need to keep our heads in the same
position during backswing. But when your body weight is moving to the right,
how can your head, which weights 15-20 pounds, stay in the exact same
position? Maybe I'm not flexible enough. Can someo | p***t 发帖数: 51 | 2 My understanding of weight shift is through your turn, not through sliding
to the right. Think about this: your arms have weight, your clubs have
weight, when you turn them from roughly the center of your stance to the
right, of course your weight center is shifting to right, and eventually to
the heel of your right foot. So if you only turn around your pivot, how come
your head is moving to right?
Weight shift is a natural result of your back swing. I do not think you need
to worry too much abo | ET 发帖数: 10701 | 3 u got it right, at least, for me . it needs flexibility. if you can keep
your head still, don't try the full swing then. or.. bend the left arm for
some compromise.
the flexibility can be trained tho.
the workout routine of tour players, more than 50%, are about training their
flexibility.

| d********r 发帖数: 9 | 7 Thanks. There are two opposing ideas about head position. Some people think
that it should not move. The other say it should move to the right a little
bit.
I actually believe that most back-related injury is due to keeping head
stable. No matter how you train your flexibility, it's just inevitable that
you will hurt your back if you don't move your head. After hitting 100 balls
, I feel my back locked up.
I know that by moving my head to right during backswing and then move back
during downswin

since you believe " stable head leads the backpain", so u don't want to have
a stable head position..
however, is this claim right? what a static head would lead a back pain?
for me, I didn't see any relationship..the deal could be, you try to turn
hard your back to keep the head stead (a quick swing gives the less time for
head moving), so you think it's the head which causes the back pain..or the
other explanation is..since you could move the head a little bit, the back
