America's filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case on May 27, 2011. The United
States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona appointed Eric Haley as
Trustee to collect and administer assets. The Court also appointed the law
firm of Fennemore Craig, P.C. as special counsel to assist Mr. Haley in his
duties.
If you improperly or fraudulently requested a credit card company to reverse
charges (a "chargeback") after having received goods or services, including
gift cards, from My Harvest America, the Trustee will shortly send you
correspondence demanding that you reverse or pay for the improper chargeback
(s).
Even if someone appearing to have authority from My Harvest America
suggested you seek a chargeback after having received product, and you
obtained the chargeback, you remain indebted to the Trustee for the product
received.
You may resolve any impropriety short of formal demand or lawsuit by
immediately going to the My Harvest America website (www.myharvestamerica.
com) and following the instructions there. Failure to do so will result in
legal action being brought against you.
